All orders are carefully packed in our signature Trua packaging, which varies depending on order size and items included. This ranges from shimmer tissue, velvet pouches, thank-you cards to branded jewellery boxes, creating a special unboxing experience for every order. 

Processing Time:

Orders are packed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

UK Delivery:

• Standard shipping (Royal Mail, Evri or DPD ): 2-4 business days
• Orders of £50 and over qualify for free shipping

Tracking:

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
